Take your peeled potatoes and boil them in a large pot with 6 quartz salted water. Let boil for about 10-15 minutes or until soft. (They should be easy to pierce with a fork when they are done.)
Add your cooked potatoes to a mixing bowl. Add your dairy-free milk, butter and sour cream. Mix with a potato masher until everything is smooth.
Add your garlic powder, sage, and salt into your bowl and continue to mash until everything is mixed.
To get even creamier mashed potatoes, you use an electric mixer and add 3 tablespoons of water to your bowl.
