Creamy Dairy Free Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 lb Potatos
  • 1 cup Plant based milk
  • 1/3 cup Vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped sage
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder


  • Take your peeled potatoes and boil them in a large pot with 6 quartz salted water. Let boil for about 10-15 minutes or until soft. (They should be easy to pierce with a fork when they are done.)
  • Add your cooked potatoes to a mixing bowl. Add your dairy-free milk, butter and sour cream. Mix with a potato masher until everything is smooth.
  • Add your garlic powder, sage, and salt into your bowl and continue to mash until everything is mixed.
  • To get even creamier mashed potatoes, you use an electric mixer and add 3 tablespoons of water to your bowl.
