Vegan Egg Salad Sandwich

  • 1 block Firm tofu
  • 1 Green onion chopped


  • 1/4 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Salt
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder


  • Gently pat your tofu with a paper towel l to soak up excess liquid.
  • Cut your tofu into 1/4th inch cubes. Chop your green onions as well.
  • Place your tofu, green onions and everything else into a large bowl. Stir until everything is completely mixed together with the tofu.
  • Add your mixture to toasted bread and enjoy.
