This is my recipe for my delicious and incredibly creamy mashed potatoes. This recipe is packed with so much delicious flavor and doesn’t involve using any dairy in the process.
This recipe will make enough to feed the whole family or make a great portion to bring to a party. You can always cut the recipe in half to make a smaller size for a small group. Either way, this is guaranteed to make you want to leave room for seconds.
Creamy Rosemary Mashed Potatoes Dairy Free
- 4 lbs Potatoes
- 1 cup Plant-based milk
- ⅓ cup Vegan sour cream
- ½ cup Vegan Butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped sage
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Step 1 Take your peeled potatoes and boil them in a large pot with 6 quartz salted water. Let boil for about 10-15 minutes or until soft. (They should be easy to pierce with a fork when they are done.)
- Step 2 Add your cooked potatoes to a mixing bowl. Add your dairy-free milk, butter, and sour cream. Mix with a potato masher until everything is smooth.
- Step 3 Add your garlic powder, sage, and salt into your bowl and continue to mash until everything is mixed.
- Step 4 To get even creamier mashed potatoes, you use an electric mixer and add 3 tablespoons of water to your bowl.
