Vegan Cheesy Potato Chips

Here is how I make my delicious and easy cheesy potato chip recipe.  Making these is so easy and just takes minutes.  


The only ingredients I use to make this is

1.) A bag of potato ships (ruffled chips are my favorite.)

2.) Vegan cheese powder.  (I got mine from a box of Annie’s vegan mac and cheese.)

3.) Vegetable cooking spray


The first thing I did was set my oven to 400 degrees.  After that, I took out a large baking pan and lined it with foil.  I laid out all of my chips onto the pan.  I used enough to cover the entire pan. 

The next thing I did was spray all of the chips lightly with my cooking spray.  I help the spray about 6 inches away, enough for the spray to coat multiple chips at a time.

After one side of all the chips are sprayed, transfer them into a large bowl.  This will be for mixing.  Once transferred, you can then add your cheese powder.  For the cheese powder, I slowly poured it while mixing the chips making sure none of the chips became ‘overly coated.’


The last thing I did was put the chips back on my baking sheet and put them in the oven for 5 minutes.  After that, your cheesy chips are ready to enjoy!
