Here is what I did to create this flavorful healthy fat-fueled breakfast. I love adding the right kind of fats to my diet that will help my body thrive. The avocado and pine cuts with a bit of oil really add the perfect healthy fat blend.
The first thing I do is take one firm and ripe avocado and cut it up into chunks. I place that into a bowl with a few dashes of salt and pepper and some olive oil. Usually just a few drops. Next, I take a pan with a little olive oil and add one crushed up garlic close, a few pine-nuts and one cut up tomato. I let everything toast for about 1-2 minutes enough for the pine-nuts to turn light brown.
