Here is my wonderful recipe for my easy vegan egg salad sandwich. This is such a great dupe for the real thing. My favorite part is that it takes less than 10 minutes to make.
I’ve made this for a few of my dairy loving family member who were very plesently suprised by this flavor. I’ve been making the recipe for years but it wasn’t untill I started using black salt that this recpe got it’s true eggy flavor.
Tofu – This acts as the egg.
Green Onions – This adds great flavor and texture.
Vegan Mayonnaise – The mayonnaise binds everything and makes it creamy.
Mustard – This adds a great flavor as well as an eggy color.
Black Salt – This gives everything an eggy flavor.
Turmeric – This adds flavor and color.
Garlic Powder – The garlic powder adds great flavor.
Nutritional Yeast – This adds thickness and a rich dairy flavor.
